2. K house can be built as 1 to 3 floors building. Figures for house with different stories: One floor=3P, two floor=6p, three floor=9p
3. K house is qualified water proof, fire proof, heat insulation and sound insulation performance.
4. K house can be relocated to different site, It can be assembled and disassembled six times.
5. K house is anti termites. All steel structures are well painted and anti-rust which can be normally used for 10~15 years, and all materials can be recycled.
6. K house only requires level concrete floor for the foundation.
7. 4 labors one team, can install more than 200 m2per day.

1:Ground Foundation
Clear and level the ground.
Prepare concrete or steel foundation as required by the layout.
Material Checking
Count and inspect all components: steel frames, sandwich panels, bolts, windows, and doors.
Prepare necessary tools: electric drills, wrenches, crane (if needed).
Blueprint Confirmation
Carefully review the construction drawings.
Confirm positions of doors, windows, staircase, and utility openings.
Clear and level the ground.
Prepare concrete or steel foundation as required by the layout.
Material Checking
Count and inspect all components: steel frames, sandwich panels, bolts, windows, and doors.
Prepare necessary tools: electric drills, wrenches, crane (if needed).
