Installation Instructions

K-Type Prefabricated House Installation Guide.

1:Ground Foundation
Clear and level the ground.
Prepare concrete or steel foundation as required by the layout.
 Material Checking
Count and inspect all components: steel frames, sandwich panels, bolts, windows, and doors.
Prepare necessary tools: electric drills, wrenches, crane (if needed).
 Blueprint Confirmation
Carefully review the construction drawings.
Confirm positions of doors, windows, staircase, and utility openings.

2. Frame Structure Installation------ Base Beams & Steel Columns
Place base beams on the foundation.
Vertically install steel columns and secure them with bolts.
Top Beams & Roof Purlins
Assemble horizontal top beams to form the main structure.
Install wall and roof purlins for structural support.
Floor Frame Installation (For Two-Story Units)
Install crossbeams and lay the floor panels.
Fix the steel staircase and protective handrails.
3. Wall and Roof Panel Installation-----Wall Panel Installation
Install sandwich panels from bottom to top.
Ensure tight alignment and secure them with screws.
  Roof Panel Installation
Lay roof panels with proper slope for drainage.
Add flashing strips and eave trims for waterproofing.
4. Doors, Windows & Finishing------Doors & Windows Installation
Fix doors and windows into reserved openings.
Install handles, hinges, and locks properly.
 Waterproof Sealing
Apply silicone sealant at joints, roof ridges, and corners.
Install rain gutters and downpipes to ensure smooth drainage.
 Electrical System (Optional)
Install cable conduits, switches, lights, and power outlets.
Ensure the circuit is grounded and safe.
5. Final Inspection & Handover-----Comprehensive Quality Check
Check for structural stability and waterproof performance.
Test windows, doors, and electrical systems.
